If you’re heading out into the great outdoors, make sure you use safe water to drink, cook and wash with. Keep in mind that the water from lakes, rivers, and springs may look clean but not safe as it contains various bacteria and other chemicals that can cause water-borne illness. Drink bottled water or tap water from a clean and safe source.
