It is the only test system that can flexibly incubate samples at room temperature without the need for a UV lamp.
Obtain results within 18 - 24 hours at 35 to 37°C, or within 36 hours at room temperature (25°C). Its user-friendly steps eliminate the need for complicated procedures and extra equipment. With only two chromogens utilized, interpretation of results is easy even without the use of a UV lamp.
Results interpretation:
Green to blue green – positive for E. coli
Yellow – positive for coliform
Colorless – negative
