BRAVING ROUGH SEAS TOWARD A BETTER TOMORROW

Glenwood Technologies International (GTI) took part in the 22nd National Tuna Congress trade exhibit held last September 1-2, 2022 at the SM City General Santos Trade Halls. This year’s theme, ‘Braving Rough Seas Toward a Better Tomorrow,’ is a hopeful declaration that the tuna industry will continue to stand its ground against the rough waters of the post-pandemic era.

In partnership with the local government of General Santos City and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, among many others, the annual convention drew participants from all over the country. Delegates dropped by the booth to learn about GTI’s test systems for their histamine testing needs. The warm feedback received from visitors strengthened the notion that the Philippine tuna industry, after two difficult pandemic-stricken years, is returning to form.
