Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

  • Vehicle repair and maintenance – scheduling, monitoring, coordination and negotiation with the repair shop
  • Vehicle GPS monitoring and checking including the processing of monthly payment and analysis
  • Odometer monitoring per vehicle, per day and submission of monthly report
  • Insurance claims, processing of all necessary documents
  • Access Petron Portal for the billing statement and transaction details
  • Access PLDT Portal for the billing statement
  • Inventory, monitoring and control of corporate mobile phone including processing of monthly payment and coordination with the account officer
  • Monitoring and recording of in and out sales invoices and delivery receipts including all necessary documents for dispatch
  • Recording daily collections including official receipt
  • Furniture and fixtures inventory including monitoring and scheduling of repair
  • Records management
  • Perform other duties as may be duly assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or other related courses.
  • At least 1-year of related work experience
  • Computer literate
  • With good communication skills
  • Other relevant requirements needed for the position:
    1. Fleet management experience
    2. Strong organization skills
    3. Accuracy and attention to details
