Ms. Odina Fungo, PFT, RChT, Technical Services Group Director at Glenwood Technologies, shared her expertise on "Chemical Proximate Analysis: Techniques and Application" during the BSFT-4A-NS technical seminar titled "Elemental Eats: Discovering Foods from Microbes to Macros," held last May 6, 2025, at the Integrated Research and Training Center of the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) - Manila.

 

Her talk provided valuable insights into the analytical techniques used to determine the nutritional composition of food, an essential process in product development, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
