Spearheaded by the SOCSKSARGEN Federation of Fishing and Allied Industries, Inc., the event is anchored on the theme, "Braving Rough Seas Toward a Better Tomorrow." The congress will be a gathering of different industry players, government and non-government agencies, and experts and leaders within the Philippine tuna industry.
